Anyone wanting to participate can bring a pot of chili to share. Those not wanting to cook chili are welcome to bring a side (suggestions: salad, tortilla chips, rice, noodles, cheese, cornbread and dessert, etc.) Or, you can just bring yourself! We will vote for our favorite and present the winner with an award!
Right after the service today, head to the office classroom to pack brown bags for students at Lake Myrtle Elementary School (Go, Turtles!) and students at St. Rita's Academy of Hope. These kids rely on school meals during the week, and our brown bags help keep their bellies full over the weekend.
Join us in welcoming new members during the service and then stay to vote to approve proposed changes to our constitution.
