Sunday Morning Faith Formation
Beyond the one hour of Sunday Morning Worship, we have faith formation opportunities for all ages, backgrounds, and abilities (11am following the Sunday Service). Small Groups include – Elementary, Confirmation, High School/Adult. There is a place for you here.
Wednesday Night Supper & Study
Following the example of the early Church, we usual meet over a potluck meal, which leads into a detailed study and conversation about Holy Scripture, and wraps up sharing Holy Communion. We meet at 6:15 pm every Wednesday.
The book club meets every few months at members’ homes. Beginning at 6:30 pm, we have
dinner together (the host provides a main dish and everyone brings sides), followed by the
book discussion. We have read many different genres over time, including narrative,
nonfiction, drama, and sarcasm. Please call the church office if you’d like to join in.
The All Saints Quilting Bees is a small group of members with a big mission. We get together weekly, at the home of two members, to assemble hand-made quilts for Lutheran World Relief that distributes thousands of these blankets and other life-saving aid across the globe. Our group also includes a quilt graphic designer, a barista who provides coffee during our social time, and a feline mascot who certifies that the quilts are of the highest quality.
Our All Saints choir sings during the weekly services and practices on Thursday nights at 7 pm in
the sanctuary. We’re a small group but enjoy singing to the Lord and having fellowship
together! Our repertoire includes a variety of music, such as hymns and traditional numbers,
contemporary songs, Taize music, and spirituals.
Christian Continuing Education
Classes and conversations about a topic of choice; in the past we have learned about such topics as the Church’s Teachings about Ghosts and Christian/Muslim Relations, but you never know what we will study, as the class is guided by the participants’ interests. Classes are announced in advance. Check the Church Calendar.
