The Call Committee is requesting your assistance. It is time for us to consider the Top 5 Ministry Tasks and Gifts for ministry that we want and expect in our next pastor.

You are asked in Section 1 to identify 5 gifts for ministry that are a top priority for the rostered leader to provide and 5 more gifts that you think would be helpful .

In Section 2 you are asked to select the 5 most critical tasks required in this position.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The deadline for returning the survey is Sunday, April 3.
We will tabulate the results from all the surveys that are received to determine a composite picture of our greatest priorities,the most important skills, and the area of most essential need.
