OVEREATERS ANONYMOUS
Overeaters Anonymous (OA) offers a program of recovery from compulsive eating using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of OA. They charge no dues or fees, but are self-supporting through member contributions. OA is not just about losing weight, but also incorporates the person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. If you are looking for a safe place to discuss your concerns about the overall wellness of your life, OA is a place of strength and hope where members respect each other’s anonymity. They meet in our Fellowship Hall each Monday from Noon to 1 p.m.
